Strength
Back Squat 5 x 5 at 65-70% of your 1 rep max (all reps and sets to be done at the same weight)
After each set, 30-60 second nose-to-wall handstand hold
Conditioning
2014 Winter Paleo Challenge Benchmark Workout
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5-10-15-20-25-30
Wall-Balls (20/14)
Shoulder to Overhead (95 / 65)
Box Jumps (24 / 20)
Following that rep scheme, get as far as you can in 10 minutes.
