Strength
Back Squat 5 x 3 (Five sets of three reps at approximately 85% of your 1 rep max or 5-10 lbs heavier than your last session)
Shoulder Press 5 x 3 (Five sets of three reps at approximately 85% of your 1 rep max or 2.5 – 5 lbs heavier than your last session)
Conditioning
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
7 Hang Power Snatches (95 / 65)
9 Box Jump Overs (24 / 20)
