Deadlift
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes, complete 4 deadlifts at 60-65% of your 1 rep max

Conditioning
AMRAP in 15 Minutes of:
10 Sprawl-Balls (20 / 14)
20 Jumping Back Squats (45 / 35)
25 Abmat Butterfly Sit-ups
