Increasing the load each set, find your 2 rep max

*In between sets, complete 8-10 strict toes to bar (no kip)*

Conditioning
AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
16 Front Rack Lunges (135 / 95) [8 R, 8 L) *Alternate*
12 Shoulder to Overhead (135 / 95)
200 m run
