Strength
Back squat 5 x 3 (5-10 lbs heavier than last time)
Press 5 x 3 (2.5 – 5 lbs heavier than last time)

Conditioning
Complete as many reps as possible in 11 minutes following the rep scheme below:
10 Kettlebell swings (53 / 35)
10 Abmat butterfly sit-ups
15 Kettlebell swings (53 / 35)
15 Abmat butterfly sit-ups
20 Kettlebell swings (53/35)
20 Abmat butterfly sit-ups
25…
25…
30…
30…
If you finish 30, go on to 35. If you finish 35, go on to 40, etc.
