Conditioning

In 12 minutes complete the following:
Run 800 m and with the remaining time complete as many reps as possible of
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 etc
Front rack lunges (95 / 65 lbs)
Push presses (95 / 65 lbs)
