Workout of the Day

Warm up
3-5 min of jump rope
Group mobility

Strength
In 15 minutes work up to a heavy snatch (either squat or power)

Conditioning
21-15-9
Power snatches (115 / 75 lbs)
Burpee box jumps (24 / 20 inch)
