Warm up

Conditioning
In teams of 2, with only one person working at a time, complete the following:
100 KBS (1.5 / 1 pood)
80 Burpee box jumps (24 / 20 in)
60 Hang power cleans (95 / 65 lbs)
40 Front squats (95 / 65 lbs)
30 Handstand push-ups
40 Front squats (95 / 65 lbs)
60 Hang power cleans (95 / 65 lbs)
80 Burpee box jumps
100 KBS ( 1.5 / 1 pood)
